Vane Operated (VFS Series) Flow Switch
GFS/VFS series flow switches are used for liquid flow signaling at preset flow values in horizontal pipelines.

Features

• Suitable for clear horizontal liquid flow.
• Switch box weatherproof and /or flameproof.
• Magnetically operated switch: Glandless
• Switch: 1 or 2 SPDT micro switch/Mercury switch (Hermetically sealed)
• Globe type – different disc assemblies for different activating flow values.
• Vane Operated – Vane size depending on flow range. Set point adjustable by adjustive spring at top of sleeve pipe.
• Globe Type – For pipe sizes 20 to 50 NB
• Vane Operated – for larger flows in 50 NB or higher pipe sizes.
• CMRI certified, CCE/DGFASLI approved. BIS license for flameproof level switches under gas group IIA, IIB (IS2148:1981)
• Mercury switch not considered where vibration is present.
